Lots 23 through 30 are RV lots with home sites. Build a pad for your “home away from home” with permanent electric, water and septic. Experience some of the beautiful scenery that the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer. The home size requirement for the RV area is reduced to 900 sf living area, if one of the lot owners would also like to build a small cabin.
